Data Controller and Platform Operator
The platform EUMANUALS is operated by WESEE SRL, with registered office at Via Monte Pasubio 222/1, 36010 Zanè (VI), Italy, VAT No. IT04611790249, REA VI-417092. WESEE SRL acts as data processor on behalf of each manufacturer (tenant) who uses the platform to publish technical manuals. Each manufacturer is independently the data controller for the personal data collected through their product pages.
Purposes and Legal Basis
Personal data is collected and processed for the following purposes:
Paper copy requests
Name, email, shipping address and phone number are collected to fulfill your request for a free paper copy of the manual, as mandated by Art. 10 of EU Regulation 2023/1230. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Manual update notifications
Your email address is collected to send you notifications when a manual is updated. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Authentication and account management
Email and credentials are processed to provide access to the manufacturer dashboard. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Categories of Data Collected
The platform collects only the data strictly necessary for each purpose: full name, email address, shipping address, phone number (optional), language preference, and authentication credentials for manufacturer accounts.
Data Recipients
Data may be shared with: the manufacturer (tenant) responsible for the requested product; the hosting and database provider (Supabase/AWS infrastructure); email service providers for sending notifications. No data is sold to third parties.
International Data Transfers
Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure which may use servers located in the EU and/or the United States. Any transfer outside the EU/EEA is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR.
Data Retention
Paper copy request data is retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the request and for up to 10 years in accordance with EU Regulation 2023/1230. Subscription data is retained until you unsubscribe. Authentication data is retained for the duration of the account.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), you have the right to:

- Request erasure of your data (Art. 17)
- Restrict processing (Art. 18)
- Data portability (Art. 20)
- Object to processing (Art. 21)
- Withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3))

Right to Lodge a Complaint
